Renamed Tech Mahindra Limited in 2006 and listed via IPO the same year; BT fully exited by December 2012. In 2009 acquired controlling stake in Satyam Computer Services (renamed Mahindra Satyam), completing full merger in June 2013. Flagship, publicly listed member of the Mahindra Group.
