Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 August 2026 · Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
GrowGCC is the trade name of SSU Ventures Private Limited, CIN U62013GJ2025PTC168907, incorporated in India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, use a decision tool, request research, contact us, discuss a mandate, apply for a role or otherwise interact with GrowGCC. Information processed for a client under a signed agreement may also be governed by that agreement.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, work email, company, headquarters location, organisation profile, decision stage, enquiry details, consent choices and the research item requested. Our enquiry assistant collects your name, email and message. If you apply for a role, we may receive your CV, employment history and other application information. We also receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device data, timestamps, referring page and request metadata.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; understand and qualify a potential mandate; provide requested research or decision-tool follow-up; manage client, partner and candidate relationships; operate, secure and improve the website; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights. We process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate uses recognised under applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Forms, research downloads and communications
When you submit a contact, enquiry or gated-research form, the information is sent to GrowGCC so our team can respond or provide the requested material. Submission of an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. If GrowGCC introduces optional updates, we will ask for an appropriate opt-in and every marketing message will provide a way to unsubscribe.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with hosting, security, form-processing and email-delivery providers acting on our instructions; professional advisers; authorities where disclosure is required by law; or a successor in connection with a corporate transaction. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process network and request data to deliver and secure the service. We require providers to handle information only for the relevant service and with appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and website measurement
Alongside technology necessary to operate the website, we use Haazir to measure website visits and contact actions. The tracker sends the page path, referring page and campaign source (utm_source), contact-link clicks and form-submit events to Haazir. It uses browser session storage to limit its visit heartbeat to once per session; it does not set tracking cookies or read submitted form fields. Referring URLs and campaign values can themselves contain personal information. Requests also involve the network information needed to communicate with Haazir. A recorded contact action or form submission does not confirm successful delivery of an enquiry. We do not use this tracker for advertising. Where consent is required, optional measurement must remain disabled until that consent is obtained.
7. Storage, transfers, security and retention
GrowGCC and its providers may process information in India and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards for cross-border processing. We apply reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the relationship concerned, legal obligations, dispute resolution and protection of our rights, then delete or anonymise it when appropriate.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide access to, correct, update or delete personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You can also unsubscribe from any optional marketing communication using the link in that message.
9. Client information
When GrowGCC processes personal information on behalf of a client, the client may be responsible for determining the purpose and means of that processing. Requests concerning client-controlled information should ordinarily be directed to that client. GrowGCC will support valid requests as required by the applicable agreement and law.
10. Candidates, children and third-party links
Candidate information is used to assess applications, communicate about opportunities and meet recruitment obligations. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ own privacy practices, which GrowGCC does not control.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date on this page. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact SSU Ventures Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India at connect@growgcc.com.
