Veltris and GrowGCC partner to build AI-native Global Capability Centers
The MoU combines GrowGCC’s India GCC advisory and setup expertise with Veltris’s Vertical AI and technology execution capabilities for PE-backed and mid-market companies.
The partnership
On 22 October 2026, Veltris announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with GrowGCC. The collaboration will offer AI-ready Micro Global Capability Center (Micro GCC) engagements for mid-market companies and private equity-backed portfolio businesses. The stated aim is to help companies build India capability centers around AI, with ownership of the center and its intellectual property remaining with the company.
What each company brings
GrowGCC will support feasibility assessments, financial modelling, entity and legal setup, talent strategy and governance design. Veltris will focus on industry-specific Vertical AI development and IP incubation, data and AI modernisation, and AI-augmented engineering.
Engagement models
The collaboration may take the form of advisory-led setup, managed AI operations or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT). The companies say the approach is intended to connect GCC strategy and operating foundations with technology execution. Specific scope and delivery will depend on each engagement.
